Cancelling Monday's meeting

US holiday - and we have a lot of Americans
on the subcommittee (not a majority, for what it's worth, but enough to
be noticeable if they don't show up).

Let's see what we can accomplish in
the meantime through the mailing list and smaller special-purpose meetings.
