Hi, everyone.

Attached is the most recent draft of the committee note
on LW DITA. Carlos and I have attempted to integrate
contributions from Michael, Mark, and ourselves into a
cohesive whole.

The new draft includes a greatly expanded section on the
specialization markup that provides much more detail about
the rationalization for a simplified specialization method,
additional examples, more detail on the specialization
elements and attributes,
and more comments.
