Dear Ullakaisa and Lightweight DITA SC members,
I think this coming call (03/06) should be dedicated (at least in part) to revising the DTDs and grammar files for XDITA. There's some updating to do (and we need to rename the thing to org.oasis.xdita, because this is not all of LwDITA).
I will work on the agenda today, but please send me your questions and problems about the current version of the DTDs.

I suspect that is, as note was an addition done last year. Both figures and simple tables are allowed inside lists, even though they are way more complex than notes.
According to many writing guidelines, if a list is used to document a procedure, any notes related to one list item only should be in that list item. LwDITA does not currently support that writing principle.
Should we remove limitations that make the DTDs unnecessarily strict at some points?
