I'm not seeing a Collaborate link or button. But I appear to have
annotation rights to the DITA 1.3 Reviews that I do see. I'm
authenticated to https://ditaweb.com/oasis-dita/ as ahouser .
Here's my Publications widget, with folders expanded. Will try
again later.

I think the first time I did this for LwDITA, it
initially looked like it was missing, but I had to scroll up
in the Publications widget - it defaulted to an old review in
the public folder.
