Some LwDITA "humor"

Dear people,

A "funny" LwDITA story for those of you who have been following the short and adventurous life (and resurrection?) of <xmlelement>fnref</xmlelement>.

While I was doing my homework researching how to map fn to HDITA, I found out that Pandoc's footnote mechanism generates an HTML5 class called "footnoteRef" that then assigns ids of.... "fnref" to all its footnotes (with incremental numbers).
