Suggested schedule for LwDITA work this summer

Mon, 29 May 2017: Subcommittee settles what it can. (Items not
      settled go to the TC to get feedback from a larger group.)

      Fri, 02 Jun 2017: Subcommittee completes any changes to company
      note and DTDs; generate package for TC review.

    
Mon, 05 June 2017: Subcommittee submits committee note and DTDs
      to the TC.

    
I am going to suggest that the TC does the following:

    

    
      
DITAweb review: Focusing on the committee note as the
        equivalent of a stage 2 proposal.

      
(After TC approval of #1) DITAweb review: Focusing on the
        committee note as a committee note intended for reading by a
        general DITA audience.

      
(After TC approval of #2) Send it out for an optional 30-day
        public review

      

    
    
During the 30-day public review, the subcommittee could develop
      sample set of LwDITA documents that could be included as an
      additional artifact with the committee note.
