Some News / Announcements for Today's LwDITA Meeting

Just so that people are aware of this prior to the meeting later today:

- next Monday is the publishing date for "Current Practices and Trends in Technical and Professional Communication" by ISTC. I contributed a chapter on DITA history and usage, and briefly talk about LwDITA in terms of future developments for the standard.

- Carlos has helped to organize a panel at the upcoming SIGDOC 2017 conference (https://sigdoc.acm.org/conference/2017/) called "Trends in Content and User Experience Design"
 where Stan Doherty, JoAnn Hackos, Carlos and myself are scheduled to talk. Safe to say that LwDITA will get a mention.
