Wrong Version of LwDITA Committee Note Published?

When looking at the latest version of the CN, the first thing I noticed was that the date and version of the latest LwDITA CN are mis-matched:

Then I noticed that the content seemed to be missing things. Doing some checked, the content in this version seems to match that of the version (#16) that came out on June 2. Updates that appeared in #20 do not appear in this version.

For a fairly obvious example of the differences, here's section 4.5 from CN #20:

And here's the same section from the "latest" version:

I've checked, and other than some minor formatting changes, this matches the content from CN #16.

I think we need this re-generated!
