Status of Lightweight DITA committee note

Chet and Paul, can you provide an update as to when you expect to
      announce the public review?

                                  Note Draft 01 /" from "Public Review
                                  Draft 01" is less than the separation
                                  between "Public Review Draft 01" and
                                  "07 November 2017".  (I see this is
                                  nothing new for you in DITA - it
