Keith, I have a question. Did you publish any of these to HTML, PDF,
etc? I've been trying to get Oxygen to publish my own lwdita
samples, MDITA and HDITA, and I have not succeeded yet.
Plain markdown works in Oxygen if I set up the <map> right,
but publishing fails with MDITA and HDITA.
