Cancelling LwDITA call for Oct 15th

Dear LwDITA SC members,

So... we don't have pressing agenda items and I have been called to a meeting Monday during/after lunch. Therefore, let's cancel the scheduled SC call for 10/15. The LwDITA spec editing team has been active and busy and will report to the SC in a few weeks.
