Proposed changes to MDITA

Dear LwDITA SC members,
Here's a GitHub gist with the proposed changes to MDITA in order to make it as HTML-free as possible. Note that LwDITA topics do not have the keydef component. That only exists in LwDITA maps... so I am not so sure about needing a native Markdown syntax for it yet.  Anyway, here's a gist with the proposed changes:
