Adobe webinar mentioning lwdita

This webinar called "Conversational DITA for Chatbots and Voice
Assistants" is sponsored by Adobe and [A] (Cruse Saunders' company). The
presenters are Joe Gollner of [A] and Kristen Toole, who is a Senior
Information Architect at Adobe.
At about 13 minutes, Kristen talks about Lightweight DITA and how she
thinks it will probably be useful for what she's doing at Adobe with
chatbots, etc.

Also, the webinar is pretty good for describing the kinds of things that
are needed for making usable chatbots and voice assistants. Lots of
stuff on metadata for example.
