Check with Don Day on methods for posting and sharing the register data Excel file, and then send an email to the list on how to access the file.

I'm working on this ... there seems to be another issue with respect to SC chairs not having all the privileges that normally accrue to TC chairs. Namely, I can't add a new folder, and thus don't have a good place to put the spreadsheet.

I've sent a message to the OASIS support team, and will report back as soon as this is resolved.
