Hi Mariana,

I have put the SC on hold until we have completed preparing the DITA 1.2
specification documentation, since many of us on this SC are also
actively involved with the 1.2 spec authoring effort and, quite frankly,
don't have enough bandwidth to initiate the new SC in parallel. I expect
to get this new SC off the ground in early 2010.
