Groups - DITA 1.2 updated for troubleshooting uploaded

        Hi all,

I have updated the DITA 1.2 DTDs to add the troubleshooting functionality to address Cisco use cases 1, 2, and 5 and Avaya's use case 2. I was unable to create a specialization for this without creating an all-new task topic type -- I wanted to make the needed functionality available integrated with the existing kit, so hacking the existing DTDs was the approach I chose in the end (after trying various things via specialization for a full day...).

Please read the README.txt file in the root folder of the zip. I have also included a sample task I used to develop with, and a reference of the changes I made.

At this time I have not provided rendering stylesheets. To be honest, how these new elements are rendered are out of our scope anyway (though we certainly can make non-normative recommendations if the SC feels the need to do so).

Please report any bugs or issues to me.
