Regrets: 8/8

Hi Folks.

I will be unable to attend our August 8 SC call. Earlier in the week, I expressed hope on making progress on the Release Management stage 2 proposal beforehand, but that is extremely unlikely.

Yesterday I send a summary of the TC call with some considerations for the SC. Please take good notes for me!
