Hello TechComm SC.

This is an example notice of an SVN commit.

To use SVN, configure your client to the repository location: https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/dita. You can determine how far up the branch you wish to check out. Unless you are working on the spec or the base DTDs, you can safely just check out dita/subcommittees/TechComm.
