HI All and especially Eliot,
I wasn't aware that Eliot was releasing aspects of the DITA 1.3 spec
before approval. I want to be certain that an "old" copy of the
troubleshooting topic is not being released, especially since SyncroSoft
intends to put it into their 2014 release right away.
