   2. Summary comments - dita.xml.org review
      > Much of the content there is sparsely written, outdated, or
        irrelevant to DITA 1.3 users. 
      > ATC attendees converged on the opinion that proceeding from
        the current outline would not be wise.
      > ATC attendees propsed a bottom-up approach to reorganizing 
        the site ... starting with audience analysis.

   3. Audience analysis brainstorming - dita.xml.org review 
      > Specify audience types in the actual articles
      > Revisit the audience profiles at the next meeting

      a. Newbies (froshpeople) - just being exposed to DITA, quite probably
         developing a business case or first prototypes for DITA
         1) Newbie manager - wants information on previous business 
            cases, wants logic behind a migration
            - Example - the Nokia buiness case
         2) Newbie information architect - wants information about
            design decisions, gotchas, et al.
         3) Newbie writer - wants information about how to get 
            started with DITA
         4) Newbie translation manager - wants information about 
            best practices and pitfalls
         5) Newbie tech support professional or implementor - wants 
            information about tools configuration and basic
            customization issues (including specialization)

      b. First-year adopters (sophomores) - have been working in DITA
         for a year and want to profile ROI and to assess 
         next-generation investment points.
         > Reuse strategies
         > Metadata investments
         > New domain vocabularies
         > Intrinsic XML benefits

   4. DITA SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) wiki
