Hello,

Here's my feedback on the TM document. Since we haven't seen Rudolpho in
several weeks, I'm assuming you've taken it over. It might look like a lot, but
some of it is repeated from my last batch of feedback a month ago. I still
don't dig the importance of TMX and XLIFF. I converted it to PDF to simplify
the notes.
