 additions to the 1.3 DITA specification\N(discussions should begin soon an
 d many proposals are already in place)\N* consider the relationship to the
  XLIFF TC\N\NLet me know if you can or cannot make this meeting. I know it
 's short notice\Nbut I'm going in for major surgery on March 2 and want to
