Groups - Mock-up of bookmap DTDs (bookprototype.zip) uploaded

This is a full set of DTD files for bookmap. It includes a few 1.1 items
(such as <data>). The files need significant cleanup, but the elements
should reflect the current design. The map.mod file uses a new dummy public
ID so that editors do not resolve to the 1.0 standard.

Prototype DTDs for the bookmap specialization. This includes all files in a
single directory:
* Standard map DTD and MOD files; 
* Common modules shared with topic; 
* Domains modules; 
* A sample bookmap, slightly revised from the demo map in the current
toolkit.
