More Suggestions for Specialization Section

I think the specialization chapter might be clearer if the concepts of 
content and domain specialization were introduced under or near the 
"What is specialization" section, which as far as I can tell doesn't 
introduce the content/design distinction (but it does introduce the 
content/processing distinction).
