Ballot to approve DITA v1.1 as a Committee Specification and submit for OS vote

The ballot 
that was started on 22 May (Cancelled Ballot) has been cancelled due to an error 
found in the schema as noted in Eric's email  http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/200705/msg00053.html. The new schema has been uploaded and a new ballot has been 
started (New Ballot).

Please note that if
