I can answer myself here.  All
of those elements already specialize <keyword>, so they can't themselves
contain <keyword>.  They'll have to contain <text>.  (Unless
we want to have <keyword> nest.  What about that?)  

But the ones I haven't quoted above
I would still like to know what people think.
