Notice of two hour meeting next week

Per agreement at the last DITA TC telecon, we've committed to clear off the
list of remaining proposals in an extended meeting next Tuesday. We agreed
to extend Tuesday's meeting by another hour--it will formally be a two-hour
meeting.

I encourage Members and Voting Members to keep the hour following next
Tuesday's scheduled meeting clear so that you can stay on and help us
finish the dispositions on remaining proposals.

I will be sending notes to individual proposal owners, but consider this
note a general "final call" for presenting proposals BY MONDAY if you
expect a chance to get on the list for "design approved" voting week after
next.
