Updated Generic Task Type proposal based on TC comments of 18 December
2007. Changes of note from last version:

- Optional, repeatable (prereq | context | section) group before (steps)
group.

- example and postreq are optional and repeatable.

- steps and steps-unordered support new child stepsection, a specialization
of li.

- added itemgroup to content model for step.

- changed new process element to specialize from ol.
