Groups - Draft of the DITA 1.2 DTDs (dtd1.2-20080125.zip) uploaded

First draft with nothing but the DTD re-organization. Will post a new
version later today with some additional small features implemented.

The document named Draft of the DITA 1.2 DTDs (dtd1.2-20080125.zip) has

Typing Architecture (DITA) TC document repository.

Document Description:
Draft of the DITA 1.2 DTDs. I will upload new packages periodically as new
sets of requirements are implemented.

The file _Updates.txt within the package contains a list of included
features. This file will be included with each draft until the changes are
complete.
