Alternate country numbers for DITA TC calls hosted by IBM

At the September 30 2008 meeting of the DITA TC, the following information
was requested by way of mitigating problems that some members were having
with Skype access to the TC's host number.  If you have difficulty using
this access information from your country, please let me know and I'll see
whether there is any other recourse.  I have no idea by how much these
aggregation numbers might lower costs for you--do check your billing after
your first try.
