Do We Need a "Since" Field for Element Reference?

In reviewing the 1.2 language spec I noticed text highlighting things that
are new in 1.2 (e.g., the glossentry entry).

I wonder if it wouldn't be appropriate to add a "since" item to element
reference entries indicating what version of DITA they come from, as is
typical practice in program API and language specifications.

I think this would be a good idea but obviously makes more work for Robert
:-)
