New DITA 1.2 usage statement page created

all,

 

I had an AI on both 
this TC and the Adoption TC to create a TC page where folks can fill in their 
DITA 1.2 usage statement, whether actually or planning to use DITA 1.2. I 
migrated the previous statements to the new page, and created a link to this 
page on the TC Wiki page.

Please fill in your 
intent to use the DITA 1.2 features. I put Cisco's statement on the Adoption TC 
page.
