Spec authors, please complete the following tasks 
as soon as you can:

  
Comb through the review #3 Wiki pages for which you are 
  responsible and identify comments that have to do with overlapping or 
  redundant content. 
  
Add an anchor to each such comment. The Wiki markup for 
  anchors = <<Anchor(UniqueToTheWikiPageID)>>. For example, the 
  anchor that I created for Michael Priestley's comment in the "Basic concepts" 
  section is <<Anchor(OverlappingContentProblem)>>. 
  
Tag the comment with the disposition Redundant 
  content. The Wiki markup is '''Redundant content'''. 

  
Add the comment to the "List of redundant comments" at 
  http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/OverlapReview3. 
  Use the following Wiki markup to generate a hyperlink to the 
  comment:
<URLofWikiPage>#<UniqueToTheWikiPageID>
