Download before TC meeting: Prototypes of spec documentation forthevarious packages

I uploaded a (very large) ZIP file to the Kavi repository yesterday. See

We'll be discussing this at today's TC meeting, so try to download it 
ahead of time. I can guarantee that the Kavi repository will freeze up 
if we all try to download it at the same time during the meeting ... :(
