Successfully generated the complete PDF with the OASIS look-and-feel

Eliot uploaded the missing files last
weekend, and yesterday (with Eliot's help) I managed to generate a PDF
of the dita1.2-complete.ditamap.

If I can generate it on my old ThinkPad, everybody else ought to be
able to also.

I documented what I did; is someone else willing to test the
instructions?
