RE: [dita] Chair's review for DITA 1.2 Acknowledgements

The CHM I have (5/24 datestamp) 
looks to me to have the identical list.

 

Should Paul Prescod be listed as 
"Individual Member" or some affiliation? He alone lacks any such 
designation.

 

Or -- Oh, I think I see, this is 
from an updated PDF and that's why it's identical?

    affiliations may have changed. I used the affiliation of record at the time, 
    but you may prefer a different attribution for this page.

The subject 
    content is the first topic under Appendices in any of the review copies, and 
    I've also pasted it below my signature in this post.
