Small bug found in DITA 1.1 XSDs

Hello,

While doing some work on migrating topics
from DTDs to XSDs validation, I found an small issue with a few attributes
related to tables (@colsep, @rowsep, @pgwide - should be NMTOKEN).

We don't need to do anything this week.
 I'll see if I can find more bugs this week and submit an errata 5
for next week.
