I don't remember who I was quoting, but I'll 
correct the minutes for sure! This statement will be changed to "Now that 
Gershon is no longer a voting member of the TC." OK? Or I could elaborate more, 
e.g. "no longer able to be  a voting member", or that and in 
addition "because of xyz", or whatever is your 
preference.

I 
  am still a member of the TC. However, due to a new family commitment, I am 
  unable to dial into the weekly meetings on a regular basis. I am therefore a 
  non-voting member, but I do keep up with the email activity of this TC on a 
  regular basis. Please correct the minutes to clarify this. I am no longer 
  secretary of this TC, and I changed my status in KAVI to reflect this a few
