Regarding the discussion about question 4, What type of organization do you report to?, I wonder if we really are more interested in what type of content are they developing. For example, Marketing Documentation, User Guides, Education and Training Materials, Online Help, Programming Guides, Reference Documents, Service Manuals, etc.

A thought about the introductory paragraph It says:
The OASIS DITA Technical Committee is considering a possible repackaging
of the DITA 1.2 Specification to reduce the size of the document. One possible
solution is to separately make available for download individual sections of the
specification.
"To reduce the size of the document" can easily be misread. A suggestion:
The OASIS DITA Technical Committee is considering a possible repackaging
of the DITA 1.2 Specification so that users can more easily download just
those portions that are relevant to them. For example, individual sections
might be made available for download.

Hello JoAnn,
Here is the collected feedback I remember:
Please remove demographic questions and replace with an optional field to insert the eMail in case the person answering the survey wants to be contacted
Please add additional Industries, on the word we had, you can add additional industries:
pharmaceutical
semiconductor
public services
software
manufacture
banking
computer hardware
military
medical equipment
health care
I think there was also a proposal to have a matrix type question that allows to specify the use case per DITA 1.2 chapter.
That is all I have noted.
