Re: [dita] TechComm SC moves 3 DITA 1.3 proposals to TC review

Does the TechComm SC have an estimate
      on when the troubleshooting topic for the architectural spec will
      be completed? It is not in the ZIP file, and I do not think that
      we can review the stage 3 proposals without that topic being
