Action items from June 11 TC meeting

The following Action Items were recorded for the June 11 TC meeting.

1. Kris will send mail regarding the TC's decision on  deadlines for DITA 1.3 (wrt Stage 2 and 3 proposal submittal/review) to TC and various SCs that may be impacted. (may want to include news of closing of 1.3 for any new proposals)
2. (future) the stage 3 version of proposal 13059a needs to contain verbiage for the specification to give guidelines on and implications of processing order.
