Don asked for comments on the above documents and web artifacts

MichaelP noted that he is pulling back on proposal 13108 (adding a title to topicref); he doesn't think it needs to be in 1.3

Bob Thomas will be sending out the troubleshooting proposals; they should be ready for discussion next week.

- Joann noted, wrt this item, that the TechComm SC met recently and felt this addition would overly complicate the task model. At least in the tech. comm space, there doesn't seem to be a use for this, and if implemented, everyone would have to constrain their data models to remove it..

- Eliot not being here to respond, MichaelP noted that data is already allowed in lots of places, this just adds one more.

- Robert; The proposal doesn't allow data as a direct child of step, just as a child of cmd or info.

- Chris; This is a way of future-proofing the specification.

- Don; One use case for this: it's common for lists to be marked up in HTML as targets for tabbed content; this would be useful if one is used that way for a Learning&Training scenario.

ACTION ITEM: Don will send an example of the above use case to Joann.

This was discussed fairly thoroughly last week, and was continued only because it hadn't been out long enough for folks to read;  No one had any additional comments.

Scott went over the changes he's made in response to the comment he got on this proposal from Robert Anderson and Kris Eberlein:

   - allow @rowheader attribute in colspec element

   - allow @scope attribute in entry element

   - allow @headers attribute in entry element

   - Use desc element for table summary

   - Identified changes required to tools (not just OT, but general)

   - changed xml:id to id to use existing id element

Note: the unusual number for this proposal (62, rather than 13xxx) is because of a move to using Trello numbers for new proposals

Resolution:  this will be voted on next week.

1. NEW ITEM: Question about overline declaration scope
