[dita] HTML Spec on the OASIS Website is broken

I’m not sure who to report this to, but the HTML DITA spec hosted on OASIS looks broken. Every page is being sent with a MIME type of application/xml, so trying to access the spec results in the source being displayed in the browser’s XML view.
