New DITAweb widgets

Folks, you might want to log into DITAweb and see the new widgets
    that Mekon has made available for us. (If you are currently logged
    into DITAweb, log out and then back again.)

    

    Here are the changes:

    

    Leader Board

    This shows the number of comments that reviewers have made. (This
    does not include comments on comments.)

    

    

    

    Ability to view comments for an entire publication

    In the Annotations widget, you now can toggle between viewing
    comments on the currently-viewed topic or the entire publication.
