[V1.3 OT processing:PoC]

Hi all, Eliot-san, Chris-san and Robert-san,

 

I am curious when and how all Scoped Keys, including a cross-publication linking can be executed with the available, testing or future DITA-OT?

It will be nice if I get a rough date. I know this is not a DITA TC responsibility but since Robert-san and Eliot-san are TC members and Chris-san is a champion so I ask.
