    I had a very good call with Chet Ensign, OASIS TC admin today. There

In (probably Q1) 2015, OASIS will start using GitHub.

      
At some point in 2015, OASIS will move to allowing TCs to be
        loosely affiliated with open source projects housed in the OASIS
        GitHub. These open source projects will be open to non-OASIS
        members. Because this might be an excellent location for Eliot's
        RNG-to-DTD-XSD generator, I've asked him to leave the source
        file in SVN until the TC has a chance to discuss this in the new
        year. This will also be a great location for the materials
        developed by the SIDSC.

      
We can index the DITA source files throughout the first OASIS
        review and right up to the time that we issue the OASIS Standard
        Candidate. Caveat -- A good index is TONS of work, and it's
        better to have no index than a lousy one, so this still might
