Joe, I am going to check with OASIS about their policies about folks
    publishing draft spec content. 

    

    From my perspective, I'd like to see the following changes:

We hope you like it and hope that it can
          serve as a good tool for the community. In addition to being
          responsive, the search is pretty powerful (morphological,
          Boolean, full-phrase, NEAR/NOT, etc) so I hope it can be
          useful to the committee during review.
