Log:
XSDs and DTDs are valid. A number of changes:
- Rename *DomainMod.* to *Domain.*
- Corrected URNs for learning, classification, and machinery modules and shells
- Removed (topic topic) and (map map) from @domains contributions
- Fixed a couple of bugs in some RNG files.
- Updated test script to replace grammar generation with grammar copying
