I would be in favor of including troubleshooting in ditabase for 1.3.

Eliot's observation about the proposal not specifying adding troubleshooting to ditabase is correct. That was an oversight on my part. I would like to see it included with ditabase. I suspect that the rest of the tech-comm subcommittee feels
the same way. But, to be sure, I will bring this to the attention of the tech-comm list.

The troubleshooting proposal did not specify adding that topic type to ditabase. But it seems reasonable to include it since ditabase includes all the Tech Comm topic types.
