Task Complete/Regrets for 5/5

I will be in an all-day meeting tomorrow and unable to call in.

I have implemented the pending grammar changes for reltable (remove
@keyscope) and troubleshooting (add to ditabase). I've committed those
updates to SVN and updated the plugin for OT 1.x on DITA Community.

I will review the key-based addressing material today and provide my
comments before tomorrow's meeting.
